CLASSIC & COLECTABLE VEHICLES:
This is a very large market in NZ and we see many vehicles that are under restoration. Restoration will have your vehicle in the care of tradespeople and therefore you should have your own insurance cover in place as restorers are a mixed bunch often working out of home based workshops and will never cover you under their household policy. 

UPDATES:
These are common, as a vehicle take new shape we keep in touch and adjust if & when required. 

MODIFIED VEHICLES:
Certification is paramount as insurance may be declined if no CERTIFICATION PLATE is on the vehicle and the Insurer is notified.
